| KC is manager for one of three academic advancement and training units. She serves as principal advisor and subject matter expert to campus administrators and senior managers on a wide variety of academic personnel and employee relations issues for the Division of Physical Sciences, the Division of Social Sciences, and the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. KC also designs and delivers comprehensive educational/training curricula for staff, academic administrators, and faculty on academic policies and procedures. In addition, she manages unique and confidential short and long-term projects that include analysis, review, research, writing, and documentation. | |
