| Tom Allen is the lead analyst in all matters regarding space planning and analysis. He is responsible for developing and updating long-range space plans for Academic Affairs Divisions and Departments and provides expertise in space programming for new academic initiatives. Tom coordinates the development of the annual State Major Capital Improvement Program and also serves on various building advisory committees. | |
