| Lynn is manager for one of three academic advancement and training units. She serves as principal advisor and subject matter expert to campus administrators and senior managers on a wide variety of academic personnel and employee relations issues for the Division of Arts & Humanities, the Division of Biological Sciences, the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, the Jacobs School of Engineering, the Rady School of Management, the colleges, and UCSD Extension. Lynn also designs and delivers comprehensive educational/training curricula for staff, academic administrators, and faculty on academic policies and procedures. In addition, she manages unique and confidential short and long-term projects that include analysis, review, research, writing, and documentation. | |
