| Sheila provides administrative support to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Personnel and the Director of Academic Employee Relations and is responsible for a wide variety of projects and communications related to academic personnel. She oversees personnel functions such as appointments and reviews for academic members of the Senior Management Group and for non-SMG academic administrators who report to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. She manages sensitive and confidential projects, provides staff support to committees and task forces appointed by the Senior Vice Chancellor, and is responsible for the design and maintenance of various office databases. | |
