| Kelly manages the salary, compensation, data analysis, and reporting functions for academic employees at UCSD. She oversees the implementation of academic salary programs, academic payroll processing, development of policies and procedures, processing of compensated faculty administrator appointments, and the reporting of faculty appointment, review, and salary data. She serves as a key advisor to senior administrators and staff on academic compensation. She serves as liaison with central offices, the Office of the President, and other campuses on the development and implementation of policies and systems related to academic compensation and data reporting. | |
