| Kristina Larsen is the principal adviser to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs on all matters related to the UCSD academic personnel program. She is responsible for establishing the strategic vision, mission, goals, and operational priorities for Academic Personnel Services and for the day-to-day management and operations of Academic Personnel Services, including the appointment, appraisal, and advancement of academic employees, policy development and analysis, educational programs and publications, academic salary administration, academic employee relations, the academic affirmative action program, the partner opportunities program, and academic information systems and data reporting. She reports directly to the Senior Vice Chancellor. | |
