Dr. Tricia Bertram Gallant, Academic Integrity Coordinator, joined UC San Diego in August 2006. Dr. Bertram Gallant is available to consult with faculty, teaching assistants, and staff on academic integrity issues, including:

  • Preventing cheating
  • Enhancing academic integrity in the classroom
  • Talking about academic integrity in your syllabi
  • Handling academic misconduct
Dr. Bertram Gallant has published in The Journal of Higher Education, The Review of Higher Education, and the NASPA Journal, and is the author of "Academic Integrity in the Twenty-First Century: A Teaching and Learning Imperative" (April 2008, Jossey-Bass) and co-author of an upcoming book, "Cheating in School: What we know and what we can do" (2009, Blackwell).
