| Michelle Hermas is the Director of International Affairs (IA). She provides strategic planning and support for UC San Diego's engagement with the world outside the United States and assists the Chancellor and Senior Vice Chancellor in defining objectives and plans for collaboration on international education, research, and service with institutions in other countries. Michelle also serves as a resource for divisions, departments and schools on executing their international strategy. She works with University leadership on the effectiveness and efficiency of processes in support of global education and research efforts, and partners with UC San Diego's undergraduate, graduate and professional education leadership on administering the international dimension of education. | |
