Guidelines for composing a selection statement by a search chair for the recruitment of non-ladder-rank faculty or academic positions without instructional responsibilities.

12.  Recruitment Selection Report

Documents the total applicant pool, the pool of seriously considered candidates, and identifies the proposed candidate.  Required when candidate is proposed for either a LRF or non-LRF position and must include the Search Chair Selection Statement (#9 or #10 above).
