8.  Faculty Applicant Evaluation Template Form that can be adapted for use by search committee members and other departmental faculty in the evaluation of applications.
9.  Recruitment Interim Report (New, 10/03/11) Documents the outreach effort and the resulting applicant pool. *Required only for General Campus or SIO ladder-rank faculty recruitments. The IR must be approved by a dean before candidates are invited for interviews.
10.  Search Chair Selection Statement

Required form to be completed by a search chair for the recruitment of ladder-rank faculty. For details, see item #1 above.
11.  Search Chair Selection Statement (for non-ladder-rank faculty searches) Guidelines for composing a selection statement by a search chair for the recruitment of non-ladder-rank faculty or academic positions without instructional responsibilities.
12.  Recruitment Selection Report (Revised 7/19/10) Documents the total applicant pool, the pool of seriously considered candidates, and identifies the proposed candidate. Required when candidate is proposed for either a LRF or non-LRF position and must include the Search Chair Selection Statement (#9 or #10 above).
