The successful candidate will have the responsibility to provide guidance to an Investigative Drug Service that includes production formulation sterile products for parenteral modes of administration. Responsibilities include: FDA, GMP, and GLP in accord with experiential and classroom teaching, and clinical research in the SSPPS.

Qualified individuals must have a pharmacy degree, should have completed a postgraduate residency and/or fellowship training, have experience and demonstrated competence in teaching, a record of creativity and promise for academic advancement, and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in California. Must also have demonstrated knowledge of CGMP and USP 797 rules and regulations.
