Each year, the UCSD Chancellor's Associates recognize faculty members for their scholarship and overall contributions to the University and the community with a citation and honorarium in the amount of $2,500. Nominations will be accepted during the fall quarter and presentations made at the March 29, 2012 Chancellor's Associates Faculty Excellence Awards Ceremony. One faculty member will be selected in each of the following categories:
The Vice Chancellors of Academic Affairs, Health Sciences and Marine Sciences invite nominations in each of the six categories according to the process defined by each individual Vice Chancellor area. The Academic Affairs process can be downloaded here.

Please send nomination packets electronically in the form of one consolidated PDF (consisting of the letter of endorsement, the appropriate nomination form, AND the nominee's c.v.) to the EVC office by Monday, November 14, 2011.
