Academic Administrator and Academic Coordinator Review Panel The Academic Administrator and Academic Coordinator Review Panel (AARP) is a standing committee that reviews appointments, accelerations, promotions and non-standard cases for Academic Administrators and Academic Coordinators. The role of AARP is to serve in lieu of the Committee on Academic Personnel (CAP) as the final recommending body for these actions. The 2007-2008 schedule is below. Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed. Files for AARP review should be submitted to the Academic Personnel Office one week prior to the meeting desired.
