Becky and the incumbent will share the management of the pilot Partner Opportunities Program for the general campus at UCSD. They will enhance the recruitment and retention of ladder rank faculty by:

• Assisting their spouses and partners with employment searches by assessing their needs, arranging job contacts and informational interviews and serving as a central resource for career opportunities information.
• Establishing networks with other UC campuses, the California State University, the California Community College system, private colleges, state agencies and regional businesses for potential employment opportunities.
