| Jon Welch manages the Office of Academic Diversity and Equal Opportunity (OADEO). He develops the annual Academic Affirmative Action Plan in compliance with regulations set forth by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in the Department of Labor. He provides clarification and/or interpretation of academic affirmative action policies and procedures to campus staff, faculty, and management. Jon monitors academic recruitments for compliance with affirmative action policies. He participates in University and community outreach activities in support of campus diversity objectives. Jon administers the Faculty Career Development Program. | |
