Kristina Petruzzelli is the principal adviser to the Senior Vice Chancellor - Academic Affairs on all matters related to the UCSD academic personnel program. She is responsible for management of the academic personnel program, including the appointment, appraisal, and advancement of academic employees, policy development and analysis, educational programs and publications, and academic salary administration.  Krinstina is also responsible for overseeing the development and administration of University policies pertaining to academic grievances, misconduct, and layoffs and for providing direction to the Office of Academic Diversity and Equal Opportunity and Partner Opportunities Program.  She reports directly to the Senior Vice Chancellor.
