| Nathalia is responsible for development of an accurate and responsive database system, development and revision of download procedures from the Payroll/Personnel System, and generation of computerized reports. She assists with statistical analyses of academic personnel actions. Nathalia analyzes and reviews all academic affirmative action forms to assure compliance with relevant Federal/State laws and UC diversity and equal opportunity policies. She prepares and processes accounting forms for the Unit. | |
