| Bobb plays a leadership role in assuring that staff personnel and payroll processing within all areas of Academic Affairs comply with policy and serve the needs of management and employees. He is responsible for the development and implementation of Academic Affairs-wide staff welfare programs, including staff education, career development, recognition and staff retention plans. He serves as the liaison between Academic Affairs units and Campus Human Resources as well as between Academic Affairs and counterpart units on all other UC campuses and OP regarding HR issues. Bobb reports directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Resource Administration regarding strategic human resource planning and program development. | |
