| Tom Allen performs analytical studies in support of the General Campus capital improvement program. He analyzes ad hoc space requests, makes recommendations, and offers solutions to departments and the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor as needed. Tom is responsible for updating the Academic Affairs component of the campus facilities space inventory. He monitors plant account resources and expenditures involving SVCAA funds. He assists with cost estimates and definition of scope of work for small renovation and alteration projects as well as relocation projects. | |
