The University of California, San Diego invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the Division of Biological Sciences. The Dean provides academic, intellectual, and administrative leadership to the Division of Biological Sciences and promotes excellence in all aspects of the Division’s research, teaching, and service missions. As a key member of the University’s leadership, the Dean reports directly to the Senior Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and represents the Division at the campus, local, state and national levels.
