Staffing During the Campus Closure
due to Wildfires [10-26-07]
For non-represented staff who were scheduled to work but could not due to the campus closure, emergency paid time off is being granted. For each day that a staff member was scheduled to work but could not between October 22, 2007 and October 26, 2007, a paid emergency day will be applied so that there will be no loss in pay for staff members who were scheduled to work. Non-represented staff members who worked during the closure will be paid for the time worked and in addition will receive one day of paid leave for each day worked, subject to the approval of their supervisors. The days must be used by staff no later than April 30, 2008 and scheduled with supervisory approval.
