Professional and Administrative Review Committee (PARC) The ABA originally established PARC to provide broad-based input regarding internal equity. PARC is the principal advisory committee to the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor regarding all classification (reclassification or recruitment) for PSS former Grades J through N. The committee also provides advice on a variety of classification and compensation matters. The committee includes trained representatives from each Academic Affairs division and major area. Members appointed by the Senior Vice Chancellor serve three-year terms. PARC and Campus Human Resources work jointly and continuously to review a portion of all classification decisions to ensure conformance with University policy and procedure.
