Notes

* Any title that should be excluded from the bargaining unit (e.g. supervisory or confidential) must go to the HR Compensation unit, who will coordinate with Labor Relations on the classification before designation is approved.  See guidelines for requesting supervisory designation for positions for additional information. Likewise, any reclassification that changes an employee's bargaining unit must be reviewed by Labor Relations prior to implementing the reclass.

** Units must consult with the Office of the SVCAA before consideration of the MSO I classification.

*** Programmer Analyst I is the only non-represented computer title that is classified at the Division/Department level. Programmer Analyst II titles and above and all Computing Resource Manager (CRM) titles must be reviewed by HR Compensation unit for classification. The Computer Professional titles are subject to the Computer Professional Salary Ranges.

Classification of titles not commonly used should be discussed with Office of the SVCAA or HR Compensation unit before beginning the classification process.

All MSP positions are reviewed and classified by HR Compensation unit. MSP positions are subject to the MSP Salary Ranges.
