Delegation of Authority to Approve Entertainment

Standard Entertainment

Units within Academic Affairs are now able to delegate authority to approve standard entertainment to department business officers and fund managers.  Please refer to Entertainment for Academic Affairs in Blink for more information.  Approval authority is contingent upon completion of the Approval Authority for University Sponsored Entertainment form (Excel). 

Exceptional Entertainment

Effective March 1, 2005, authority to approve exceptional entertainment in Academic Affairs was delegated to divisional deans, assistant deans, college provosts, heads of public service and supporting programs, and the vice chancellor and assistant vice chancellor for research.  Please refer to Entertainment for Academic Affairs in Blink for more information.
