DEFAULT - CLOSED BOX - seats 24 (Click here for room diagram)

  • This is how the room should be left after each meeting
  • 12 tables (three on each side of the square) with 2 teal chairs at each table

LECTURE STYLE - seats up to 64 (30 teal chairs and 34 stacking chairs)

  • chairs lined up in rows, facing large map

OPEN U -seats up to 30 (Click here for room diagram)

  • can be made as long or short as desired
  • can also seat people on inside of U and outside, if desired
  • can be made to fit up to 30 comfortably, more if you use extra chairs along the walls
  • REMEMBER, if you use banquet tables or other tables and chairs around the room, they must be removed at the end of your meeting.

SMALL RECTANGULAR - seats up to 12 (Click here for room diagram)

  • 6 tables with two teal chairs at each
  • rest of furniture should be moved into the storage closet, or stacked neatly in kitchen area (as long as it doesn't block entry to the kitchen).

ROUND TABLES FOR LUNCHEON - seats up to 48 (Click here for room diagram)

  • can accommodate up to 6 large round tables (ordered through PPS), each of which seats 8.
  • if you want 8 chairs at a table, it is best to order folding chairs through PPS and these are available in several colors if you want to match the skirting on the banquet tables and the tablecloths/napkins.
  • only 7 teal chairs can fit around the round tables comfortably because of the arms on the chairs.
  • buffet (two 3 x 6 grey-light tables) can be placed end to end, under portraits on the back wall next to kitchen
  • if you prefer, the buffet can be set up double-sided to improve the traffic flow of your guests.
