Dawn is Project Manager for the electronic academic personnel information system named Academic Personnel On-Line (AP On-Line), and is the Data Services Manager for the offices of the Assistant Vice Chancellor - Academic Personnel.

She works to improve database design, functionality and capability, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and effectiveness.  She acts as liaison for Dean's offices' access to Academic Personnel data systems.  She trains staff to efficiently use the complex Academic Personnel data systems.  She is also responsible for the Academic Personnel web pages and works to improve the ease of delivery and quality of information available to staff in central offices and academic departments over the Internet.
