| Linda Thai researches, develops and implements comprehensive staff training programs for Academic Affairs staff employees. In conjunction with the Director and the Asst Vice Chancellor-Resource Administration, Linda manages all aspects of the operation and analysis of the Faculty Housing Assistance Programs, including determining loan eligibility, application processing, program consultation, analysis and reporting and assisting faculty with obtaining rental housing. Provides analytical and programmatic support for various compensation and financial management functions within Academic Affairs vice chancellor area, including budget and expenditure, faculty and staff FTE and salaries, compensation programs, and faculty recruitment and retention costs. | |
