Position descriptions that you wish to have considered for MSP classification must first be routed to the Office of the SVCAA for endorsement. Please route job cards to Bobb Barile at rbarile@ucsd.edu. You should email (or attach to the job description) a copy of the organizational chart for the unit as well as any other supporting documentation to the same email address. Job cards must be submitted by the deadlines noted above to allow for review prior to submission to Campus HR.

The "due date" for the job description and any supporting documents to campus HR is 30 days before the meeting. However, the Compensation Analysts in Campus Human Resources are flexible and will work with you. The 30 day period guarantees that your position will make the next meeting, if you submit after the 30 day period, it depends on when and how much work is required to conduct a thorough review.
