Report of the Task Force on Underrepresented Faculty (October 2004)

In February 2004, a joint Academic Senate/Administration Task Force was convened to review the campus’ efforts with respect to the recruitment and retention of underrepresented faculty, including opportunities for professional development and academic advancement.
